How can you implement an attitude on that slogan so you can let go of perfection? Q3.Knowing something about yourself that needs to be changed and not doing anything about it, is self-abuse. Write on that. Q4. Write down these slogans: Action without prayer is nothing more than self-will run riot. An action plan without accountability is a recipe for failure. It doesn’t matter how you do, just do it. Easy Does It but Do It. Move a muscle, change a thought. Move a muscle, change an attitude. Repetition is the father of learning. Q5. Whats your opinion of humility as a desirable personal virtue? Q6. Do you recognise humility as a necessary aid to your survival? Q7. Where you see humility in the world with parents, spouse, partner, work, friends etc.? ‘To those of us who have hitherto known only excitement depression or anxiety – in other words, to all of us…’ Q8. Does that sound familiar? Is that something of the past or are you having that now and still have it. Q9. Do you have this priceless gift of peace? And if so, name when in the last week you felt it?
