AA 12&12 p. 26 (Stephanie read again from top – para. 1 & 2)….then NEW TODAY: para 3 WHOLE paragraph. Q1a) What did you learn from paragraphs 1 & 2? (b) And, whatever circumstances you’re in (i.e. sober/ back to school/ got married/ had a baby/ grandparent now/ need hearing aid now) – how DO you take it easy, from the RECOVERED point of view (not materially)? Q2) How would you explain to a newcomer( who keeps calling you incessantly & with tons of questions) Gently, Kindly, & With Compassion to TAKE IT EASY? Q3) How would you explain that this is a Spiritual program that does Not DEMAND any tools? (Stephanie only strongly Suggests to do QT). 4) Email Stephanie at: [email protected] AFTER listening to her Trust & Rely Workshop 641/ 715-3900 pin 97200#regarding What works for you in that QT & what does Not. Or, give Stephanie feedback pro & con regarding how she can better serve us in How QT is structured. ( Stephanie loves getting emails from us). Q5) Write your experience on: To GET sober & STAY sober you Don’t have to Swallow step 2 !!! Q6) How can you use (step 2) ” l came, I came to, I came to believe” – (a) what does that mean to you today? (b) how would you help a newcomer come/ come to/ come to believe? Q7a) what is “an open mind” for a newcomer ? (b) did You have an open mind? Q8) Can you put yourself into a newcomer’s frame of mind and describe (a) what would an open mind look like for them? (b) And- what does it look like for them Today? Look up: RESIGN, DEBATING Q9) Write on this: If you say something once- it’s a G-d given suggestion! If you say something More than once- you’re trying to control! Q10) When you find yourself debating something, you’re looking for a reason to NOT accept something you know you Need to accept. Write today’s date & then, on a scale of 1-10, write where you’re at regarding some statement another person has made to you (that does not dovetail with your lifestyle or values). How OPEN are you? Q11) Are you doing your QT? (a) if the answer is Yes- can it be improved to mean more to you? (b) how’s the QUALITY of your QT? (c) And if your NOT doing it- are you willing to go to a Trust & Rely Workshop 1-2xs/ wk? (d) And are you willing to go to QT withOUT an agenda, to be directed by G-d Instead of by You? Q12) How are you doing in the World outside (outside – of- recovery)? Q13) How are you CHANGING? How are YOU changing? Remember: Recovery means being able to handle change without going back into your addiction(s).
