Group conscience vote passed to ADD a visual Zoom platform to the workshop where people could ALSO participate visually, silently, if they choose to during the phone workshop. Everyone is still on the same conference call. Zoom does not affect the conference call line participation. Anyone who wants to see others would just also sign on to Zoom on the computer with an ID and password in addition to them calling in to the workshop on their own phones. Being seen is optional on Zoom; you could just have a still photo or your name showing, only. That way you can still see others but not be seen. The Zoom ID will be given out to the group next week. Another vote will be taken in 3 months to see how it's going. Again, this is not in place of the phone meeting. Everyone, even on Zoom, is on the same telephone conference call. It's just a visual for those who join Zoom to see members during our workshop.
