Give him an account of the struggles you made to stop…’ soulwork Q1a. In this last month were you baffled about anything in your life? Did you share it with anybody? This month has anybody called you and wanted to share how they were baffled over something in their life? Were you an encourager, empathic? Were you willing to share your road of enlightenment? Are you willing to tell people about your own struggles to stop for instance the food/alcohol? Or are you feeling prideful and shameful about your struggles with the food/alcohol etc.? Q2. What are the areas in your life that you still need help with? What are the areas that you feel you could really be of help to others? Q3. Do you feel confident to talk to somebody about the mental twists and thinking which led to the first drink of a spree? And where someone could go to God? Q4. Are you willing to be open and honest about your own strange mental inconsistencies? Are you willing to bring these to God? And have God bring you an action plan and have accountability around that action plan? Q5. Are you willing to sponsor people who have strange mental inconsistencies and encourage them to go to God, to make an action plan and to be theiraccountability around their action plan? ends

(b) Would you ask someone if they want to, explaining: 'we in workshop will read it/BB together, going slow', line by line, etc. ? Q(2)(a)Do you feel confident in your own recovery to meet a brand new person? (b)What would you say? (c)How would you approach? Q(3)Write out your own story telling: a- what you were like before program b- how you found program c- what it's like now, having recovery. Narrow it down to a 2-3 minute talk. (Then you will have it prepared to use.) Q(4)(a)How would you decide if you are going to give a new person your phone number and let them call you or you're going to take their number and call them? Or, would you exchange numbers? (b)And, if the person did not call you at the set time- how would you handle that? Q(5)(a)Are you a real alcoholic? (b)And, how would you know if someone is a real alcoholic? How would you tell? "If you are satisfied that he is a real alcoholic, begin to dwell on the hopeless feature of the malady." Are you a lone wolf: physically, emotionally and/or spiritually? Q2. Do you make an action plan? Do you have accountability around it? Q(3) Are you grabbing your gift of sobriety and then running off and not helping others? You may have the tools and the faith in the program together with faith in God. But, "Faith without works is dead." Q(4)Are you reaching out for an accountability partner, asking someone for help? ( Just say: I need your help. Can you meet me where I'm at? Be compassionate?) Q5. Are you helping others to have Quiet Time?. When you know Quiet Time is a problem area for someone are you sharing what worked for you and encouraging them or are you trying to control them? Q6 Are you working with others? If so, how do you work with them? Q7. Do you have accountability around all the areas of your life where it is needed? Is there any area that you are not giving over? Write on being respectful, courteous, kind and with boundaries. b) Are you practising these? Q2a) Write about the hardest person you ever tried to sponsor (guarding their anonymity) b) What were your mistakes? c) How did it end? d) How with some maturity and in retrospect what would you do differently today? Q3.Write out the best situation of sponsorship that ever worked (again without names). b) What did you do that worked? Q4. Have you tried talking to somebody and realised you were talking to a bottle? Q5. Have you ever found yourself thinking: I am better than this guy? b) What is your attitude?
